Matthew H. Fisher joined Cappello & Noël in 2007 and represents plaintiffs in complex business litigation. He previously represented cities and counties in federal civil rights, inverse condemnation, excessive force, and dangerous condition suits. He also had defended insurance coverage and bad faith cases brought against insurance carriers, and copyright infringement cases against software and fashion companies.
