Richard Sutherland joined Cappello & Noël as an associate in 2008 and represents plaintiffs in a diverse range of litigation matters including business litigation, catastrophic injury cases, real estate and employment law. He previously represented plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful termination and workplace harassment, gender and sexual discrimination claims, products liability, premises liability, professional negligence, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury. Prior to joining Cappello & Noël, he was an associate at the Sacramento law firm of Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer.
