Troy A. Thielemann joined Cappello & Noël as an associate in 1996 and became a partner in 2004. His civil and appellate practice includes complex business litigation, intellectual property, class actions, construction defect, real estate, land use, plaintiffs bad faith insurance, entertainment and environmental law. He heads the firms appellate/research and writing department where he is responsible for overseeing the preparation of major written materials including complaints, summary judgment motions, trial motions and appellate briefs.

Mr. Thielemann has authored or co-authored numerous articles including Contract Wars, Los Angeles Music Network and Challenging the Practices of the Recording Industry, Los Angeles Lawyer.
